Consumer Battery Warranty guide
When purchasing a new battery, please take note of the following points:

Proof of purchase must always accompany the claim.
2
Warranty only offered on use in the correctly specified vehicle.
3
No warranty is offered if the battery is used for anything other than specified use.
4
No warranty if the battery shows any signs of misuse, damage marks, cracks, arcing, damage to the terminals, or signs of tampering.
5
A claim will only be considered for manufacturing defects or faults.
6
A battery with a voltage below 12.5V must first be charged overnight before electronic testing and warranty checks can be done.

Any call-out fee, delivery fee, and pick-up fee are not part of the warranty process. In cases where it is determined that the manufacturer is not at fault, a call-out fee will be applicable, covering diagnostic and time spent on-site.
NOTE: KZN Battery Delivery only facilitates the battery claim process on behalf of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is the only one who may approve or decline any battery claims submitted.
